I love sweet tea. And everywhere you go here, when you order tea, it's always sweet tea. It's not like that in TX. But here, oh yes. Sweet tea is the default. Mmmmmm.
So yesterday I went to McAllister's and bought two gallons of their sweet tea! Delicious! One for our council meeting last night and one for the secretary and I to sip on throughout the week!!
I have a strong desire to like tea, and I can't say that I've actually tried "sweet tea." I like a mix of tea and lemonade, and I LOVE making sun tea in my sun tea jar, but I really could take or leave the drink itself.
In other news, my momma leaves tonight and the homesickness is setting in big time. I'll probably call you on the way home from the airport.

Ooh, I love sweet tea, but I'm glad that they serve it unsweetened here in Texas because I tend to go the artificial sweetener route. Mmm, Splenda.
TEA SUCKS. YOU'RE GAY.
Leah: Outrageous! I will not have the good name of tea sullied!
ha ha, Huw! Thank you for your retort to my sister's oh-so-mature comment. :)
